A rare component that drops from a boss called Kaiser Dragon, a being that primarily resides in the Mugen Field.
It one of the materials needed to craft the strongest fighting weapons (high AGI) called "Seven's Final" and "Seven's Blade" as well as the G-Parts that learn the strongest Pierce and Reflect.

Drop locations[]
The Kaiser Dragon is a floor 100 boss in the Mugen Field on the 25001~100000 bet range that drops this component. He can also be encountered on floor 40 on the maximum bet as well.
Shining Memory can also be retrieved from the Reu clone in the fifth Ultimate Absurdity World battle if the item is still needed that late in the game. Stealing from bosses will drop both their Normal (usually a random item) and Rare (usually their component) item so stealing an item from them would guarantee both their items. Using skills like Chicken Run Trap, Phantom Mirage, Eagle Shot, Reflection Ball etc will steal their normal items while Special Skills will steal their rare item.

The required components must be sold to the vendor to purchasing better items as well as earning a little bit of extra money. There is no use to keeping the components other than Silver Ingot x2 which is used for Captivating Planet Spot #3 on World of Awakening.
